Fabric will be folded and sent in a satchel unless we deem it to be too bulky, we will send it on rolls.
Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 10:00 AM. Express Shipping option must be selected before 10:00 AM to receive same day dispatch.

Australia:
Free Shipping over $149.99 on all Australian orders sent with our standard delivery service by Australia Post. Please note orders may take up to 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
Australia Post is used for our domestic shipping with two shipping options:

Please note: If your order is too bulky to send to a PO Box, we will contact you for a residential or commercial address before it can be dispatched.

All orders are sent with ATL (Authority to Leave).

International:
Please note orders may take up to 15 to 30 business days to arrive.

All international orders are exempt of GST. However, international customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes which may be payable on receipt.

*Parcels will be passed on to the relevant regional courier to complete the
delivery. Tracking number and link will remain the same throughout the
delivery.

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive an order tracking number from info@knitex.com.au or Ready To Ship once your order has been dispatched. 

I haven't received my tracking number - what should I do?

Please check your spam folder of your email account - it may be in there.

Otherwise, please contact - info@knitex.com.au if you do not receive a tracking number. 

Please note delays to shipping times may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@knitex.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8/104 Victoria Road, Punchbowl, NSW at your own return postage cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like cut or washed fabric. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@knitex.com.au.

How to care for your fabric

Our fabric is special and needs to be cared for correctly. Our guidelines are here to help you care for your beautiful new fabrics. We recommend that you prewash any fabrics made from natural fibres as some shrinkage may occur in the same way you plan to wash and dry your future creation. Wash bright and light colours separately as some colours may run in the first few times they are washed. 

Please note, these care instructions are guidelines only and variations will apply to some fabrics. For fabrics such as sequins, beaded, coated, foiled fabrics and delicate items special washing instructions will apply. If you have any questions please contact us. We recommend that you follow our fabric prewash and care instruction guidelines as outlined below as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly. 

Cotton

Drycleanable. Machine washable. Bleach may be used on white cotton. Line or tumble dry. Use a warm to hot iron.
